Council on Campus Climate, Culture and Inclusion (4CI) Staff Subcommittee

The Council on Campus Climate, Culture and Inclusion (4CI) Staff Subcommittee's mission is to identify, implement, and evaluate efforts to improve and promote inclusive and equitable climate for UCSF staff, recommend changes that impact underrepresented staff groups that work with the VC's office and the 4CI to address issues and support the Chancellor's 3-year goals.

The 4CI Staff Subcommittee created and implemented Staff Resource Day. For its fourth annual event in 2019, 700+ staff members attended and over 40 campus vendors participated.

Increased Committee Membership

In 2018-2019, 4CI Staff Subcommittee membership increased to 14 members. Additionally, five committee members completed the Diversity & Inclusion Staff Certificate Program.
