Campus Climate
The Office of Diversity and Outreach conducts a vast array of programming dedicated to creating a more inclusive campus climate and supporting UCSF's goals of greater diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As part of the Anti-Racism Initiative, UCSF has implemented an enterprise-wide Community Climate Survey, conducted every three years, to gain current perspectives on the UCSF community experience of working, learning, and innovating here.
