Inside UCSF is an annual outreach program geared towards students at two- and four-year degree schools who are interested in pursuing careers in health and science. This interprofessional opportunity is designed to: introduce students to a specific health science career path; provide opportunities to meet with students and faculty; and offer a chance to become inspired about future career possibilities.

Preview Sessions are in-person presentations to help prospective students learn more about our PharmD degree program. These sessions highlight the UCSF curriculum and admissions process.

This special program will help you discover pharmacy as a profession and learn about the training you need to succeed in this well-respected, highly-compensated healthcare field. Participants will learn about the unique role of pharmacists in healthcare, the many options for career specialization, and the workforce demand for pharmacy professionals. Students and faculty will share their insights on the Doctor of Pharmacy program at UCSF, the curriculum, admissions requirements, and preparation for the field of pharmacy.
